They are 5.25" speakers and I believe the front doors on most Civics are 6.5".

Got a set of these in my Civic and they sound GREAT! Equal to or better than Alpine or any of the other top brands.

i know my 98 civic's front door speakers are 5 1/4.. not 6.5

That's weird, my 97's fronts are 6.5. Oh well, Kappa's are sick, they put out an incredible amount of midbass. Bump for great speakers.
