Before I start, I know, it's your car, do what you want, but, are you sure you know what parking lights are? Moreover, why would you want to illuminate those lights with a higher intensity lamp?
I am gonna take a wild stab here and think you are talking about the DRLs. You can, but it'll be a waste IMO since the DRL's go out and the standard headlights come on when dark.
