Installing Springs help!!

I purchased the tein H type springs for my 99 coupe
Do i need a spring compressor or can i just slap them on...
And does anyone know of any D.i.y threads with how to install them?

compress to take the old springs out, and compress the new springs to put the strut back together.

yes, you'll need a spring compressor to do it safely.
if not, you can break things and people if/when they go flying off like a missle.

most chain auto parts stores will lend them for free.

and there might be a chance(not sure with your year) that the bolt holding the bottom of the strut on the rears is froze.
if it is, the easiest way is to remove the whole lower control arm assembly. then put them together.
