Tax in Socialized countries is 10X worse. Ask any Swede or Brit.

in Sweden, 40% of your income is gone before you even get to the regional and municipal level. you are lucky if you are taking 40% of your income home.

What we need is the Fair Tax http://www.fairtax.org

It's a national sales tax.

Revenue neutral. It would put an end to all the "tax cuts for the rich(dems)" and "we cut your taxes vote for us(repubs)" political BS. And it would inadvertantly tax illegal businesses like drug dealers, organzed crime by taxing what they buy. And it turns a blind eye to class status since lower income people buy less. No death taxas well. And it eliminates the IRS. Why do we punish those who suceed in America by making them pay a higher percentagein our current system? But at the same time we need the revenue that those taxes provide. The fair tax is the perfect solution. Only problem is that no body will accept it since the politicians will spin and say "their trying to raise your taxes," so as not to lose their control. Also since a small percentage of people are the ones being wronged by high taxes, you'll never get the rest of the country to back sweeping changes to the tax code. All the wealth envy in this nation is sickening. Yeah he's rich he should be taxed

What I'm saying is that Repubs always claim we cut your taxes, you must vote for us. Dems always claim those greedy repubs just give tax cuts for the rich. It's all political BS. Both parties use it as a perinnial excuse to get votes. Neither is honest. I'm saying get rid of the income tax all together and there will be no more of those arguements. Repubs don't always cut taxes and sometimes when they do its for big buisness favors. And the dems dishonestly imply that Repubs only care about big buisness and they dshonestly leave out 1.)the fact that cutting buisiness' taxes can improve the economy. 2.)that Repubs think the tax system is unfair to make wealthier people carry so much of the tax burden. and they play off the people's wealth envy.
