jerking manual transmission when taking off in 1st gear

Hey guys when I'm taking off in first gear my car starts jumping or jerking.The problem gets worse as I drive it for long periods of time. In the morning I works good but as it gets to operating temperature it gets worse. I want to diagnose this problem if it could be a bad clutch or the transmission.

Start with spark plugs, that's what I'm doing to mine haha.

It really depends though, because I had to redo my clutch a month ago, and it's shaking really hard too, I'm thinking transmission fluid is low, just go to your Honda dealership and ask for manual transmission fluid
