If theres nothing wrong with your ignition circuit, Maybe its time for a new clutch or pressure plate? Thats the only thing I think can be wrong, if you checked your ignition sys. or fuel sys. there also might be a misfire happing if you have the knock sensor code.

read back, my CEL codes dont have anything do do with it. i dont have any CEL's anymore, my CEL's were due to bad wiring, but all that is fixed. i have a walbro 255 running a stock b16a engine, so i think thats my problem. too much fuel is making me bogg i thnk.

My car does the same but i talked to one of my dads buddies who owns an auto shop and i think he said it was the engine trying to catch up with the flywheel???
