Hello, I wanted to ask which swap was better for a civic because I currently drive a 2000 Honda Civic Ex (1.6L, D16y8) but that car underwent transmission damage and the previous owner had it switched to automatic , I am going to sell it and buy a new car, would you recommend I get an RSX or Si ?

I'd go with a rsx. I just prefer that platform, both are good though

i really like the interior of the rsx compared to the em1, so i'd say rsx. the k20 is nice too

What year SI? I'm assuming you mean EM1 or EP3. I'd still go RSX-S

Only downside to the RSX is that the back seats are really cramped

^^I don't know any coupe's back seats that aren't cramped, or anyone who would use them if they weren't haha. An RSX isn't a carpool car.

Have you been in the backseat of one though? no leg space, if you're over 6' you''re gonna have to bend your neck and that retarded plastic compartment in the middle taking up what could be a 3rd seat

I love RSX's but worst back seat of any car i've ever been in

Ep3's are retardedly underpowered.

Rsx s gets my vote.

An ep3 turbocharged is nice though. The stock internals are stout

doesn't EP3 have the same engine as a base RSX?
Yeah except the ep3 doesn't have the dumb two stage intake manifold and the ep3 has a faster final drive.
