I followed some recipe I found online with a lot of good reviews. Wayyy to much ginger but not terrible. Definitely will be trying a different recipe later down the road. Chinese food is not my forte.
Fresh infredients make a world of difference too with taste and texture. When I was in culinary arts, during our lab days we had did a few Asian inspired dishes. It wasn't my strongest point.
My daughter and husband don't care much for Chinese food. So it is pretty rare for me to have it.
Ive only gotten food poisoning once, which is weird considering the food we ate during work everyday. I got it from Pizza Hut and i think it was the cheese also.
What a miserable situation. Hope youre feeling better.

Thanks dude, this was the first time for me. The other two people I was with also got sick (well one did, one felt off but only had a bite or two of the pretzel).
Feeling much better this morning compared to yesterday that's for sure.
The worst part is the beer flight that I left half drank.. my stomach was not up to finishing it. I feel ashamed lol.
