location of CEL..

hi guys...can someone help me out? where the hell is the actual position of the CEL? where do the light came frm? i cant see any light even when i wana diagnose any ecu error. i know i need to short the a piece of connetor which have 2 wire on it..but i cant find the light!!

you need to use the jumper for the CEL to flash
