lookin at a 95 civic for my first car

so i came on here to see what you guys think of the car that im looking since you all know your stuff.

its a 95 civic coupe with a D16y8 vtec engine, obd1 p28 ecu, and a couple other things like a new tranny and spark plugs. so i came on here to see if it would be a good car to start with cause im gonna keep adding things on it later, so if you think theres anything strange about whats on it please tell me
