Looking for 1989 Civic Hatchback spare donut wheel and cover

I am looking for a spare donut wheel that goes in the back of a 1989 Honda civic hatch. Must be a 4x100 bolt pattern. If possible, I want the nut or bolt that holds the spare in place. I am also looking for the exact cover that goes ontop of the spare. It's that board that makes the trunk floor rigid and hides the spare.

You can use the ones from a toyota corolla, and buy the bolt at your local hardware store. As for the cover, good luck man.
