step one you cut a hole in the dash
step two you put your junk in that dash
step three you make her look at your dash.
bam a d**k in a dash...oh wait you want to know how to put gauges in?
cut a hole and insert, run lines to gauges and bam you are done. but i dont think it looks good in the end.

Get a 99-2000 Civic Si Center Console. Make a plate with 2 holes mold it into the cubby hole of the console run the lines and your done....or just buy a 2 gauges pod from ebay and mount it to your dash...
