i got a d16z6 motor and tranny i was looking for rebuilt kits for both right now i found one for $422 the engine rebuild kit its from perfectengine.com and the transmission rebuilt kit for $269 its from autozone so what i am asking is if any of you have found one for a better price or if yall know where i can find a performance rebuild kit any feedback would be greatly appreciated

I went through 2 starters from autozone. Neither worked at all during the initial trial. Get this, they both passed the starter test machine they had in the store. I got an oem honda starter and it worked the first time. I have heard that Honda has higher standards than your typical auto store. I wouldn't want to risk getting a border line product on something that is very important.
true, i NEVER shop at auto parts stores (advance auto parts, autozone, oreillys, etc.)
