My car is lowered but i have like a inch in the front and 0.5 in the back from hitting my fenders, i want to lower my car about 1.5 more, how would i get the tires underneath the fenders? i'm thinking rolling the fenders, but does it flare out the fender when its rolled or does just the inside get smashed up?

There is a fender lip and rolling the fender just means you roll that inner lip for clearance. Depending on the offset of your wheels you might need a camber kit or smaller tires.

yes thats what a cambit kit does, it adjusts your camber either out or in. but when you tuck your tire and you camber your wheels out, your tires are gona get shreded fast on the inside
