Lowering my 6th gen Lx

I want to lower my sedan, but dont know what is better for ride quality. A full coilover or shock and spring. I was looking at the tokico rak series coilover because they offer a life time warranty. Any feedback would be apprieciated.

i have tokico blue struts and h&r race springs on my four door and it rides better than stock (my personal opinion) here is a cruddy picture to show you the look you would get.

i got damper and height adjustable koni yellows, with ground control coilovers. LOVE THEM!!!! but its pricey.

If price is not an issue a great combo to go with is the Koni Yellow shocks with the Ground Control coil sleeves. And Crick James' car is lowered about 2.5" in the front and 2.25" in the rear.

the h&r "race" springs give about 2.5-3" drop like the guy above stated
