Does an LSD make a whining noise when you get on it? Also i just got this tranny rebuild by Whoopee Doo Racing. With LSD Carbon Moly Syncrhos and 4.5 final drive. Pretty ticked off at this guy slow shipping and now im running into problems and TeamMfactory said was a good installer.

No it shouldn't whine.
Whining is typically accompanied by straight cut gears (IE: reverse). Now some LSD's dont use straight cut gears, they use helical (angled) gears. This reduces noise and increases strength to withstand high levels of torque.
However if you have low fluid levels despite what type of gears you have it can cause whining.
/cliffs, check your fluid level.
On another note if any of the bearing assemblies are worn or the races are cracked it will cause a very loud whining sound.

maybe your problem was you had it rebuilt at WOOPDEE DOO Racing, 
doesnt sound like they're too enthusiastic.
