Main bearings dont match color code

I have a B18c that im rebuilding, whaen I took it apart & all of my main bearings dont match my color code I have no uneven bearing wear, and it doesnt look like anybody has been in their. The only conclusion I can come up with is that someone along the life of this motor has changed the crank. Has anybody had this problem befor?
