Manual rack and pinion install

i have a 98 ex and was wondering what is the best manual rack to use i have been told a 92 -95 civic will work and a 94-01 integra will work . has anyone changed there rack and pinion in a ej8 and what did they use. also what else needs to be changed out , what are good tie rods to go with

its a pain in the ass to get it changed..go get one from the junkyard for about $100..

I think this was the worst thing i had to do to my civic Did it with motor in and a lift and it still took alot of time to work its way out. Need someone with some small hands
