im looking into possibly doing a mini me swap in my car. im buying a fully built z6 head for a good price, my question is what block should i use to get the most bang for the buck? (i also have a turbo im probably gonna put on it too) i can get a y7 motor for 150,or should i scrap the boosted mini me and do a boosted z6 instead? (i wanna keep my y8 in it so i can drive it while i build this swap.) i know this has all been covered before, but i dug around in some threads but most cover y7 blocks and y8 heads for a mini me. im just wanting to get between 250 to 300hp and hopefully keep it reliable. any advice would be greatly appreciated as i dont know much about doing swaps and what parts are best. thanks for your help.
