misfire,cyl 1,2,3,4

okay so bought this 04 civic n brought it down to nc with me, its been on base for 4 months now, n so far ive put the following lil mods on
cold air
exedy clutch
exhaust all the way

i just solved my limp mod issue, turns out i just needed an oil change n my car knew.
so cool.

now n the past 3 months since i have put the cold air on it has been sputtering at lower RPMs and misfiring,
yes i have changed my spark plus,
no i have not changed my coil packs (the have been check all spark)
i have done multipul ways of attempting to reset my ecu (thinking it was a A/F ratio messed up)

now im looking at these possible causes
o2 sensor needs to be jumped or a dummy needs to be put in
timing might have slipped
...
thats all i can come up with
anyone else have this happen n fixed it?

Is the CEL on, and if so what codes, so we have a idea of what the computer is telling you. Most auto parts stores will read them for you.

only the misfires and an o2 code

o2 sensors measure the air/fuel from the gases in the exhaust then it tells the computer to run a little more rich or lean. id pull the the plugs to see if there fouling out

Plugs got put in about a month ago when i finally got to to mess around with it
