I stand corrected. I don't really listen to the radio or MTV or whatever constitutes mainstream, so I guess I'm not in so much of a position to judge. As far as my short life is concerned, "mainstream" radio has always sucked, I didn't think this was a recent event. I'm also not terribly concerned about my head exploding from all the ubercool bands in everyone else's libraries I've never heard of and I'm not so sure that you can make such a statement knowing nothing about me or what my record collection looks like.Haha. You obviously missed the entire point of the OP. The point wasn't that nobody knows of any good music anymore, the point was that most, if not all current mainstream radio is DEVOLVING. I promise you that 90% of the posters in this thread have enough music in their libraries, that you've never heard of, to make your head explode.
