I just want to share my recent upgrades on my 99 Civic SiR:
1) 2.5 Rows full Aluminum Radiator, Silicone Upper and Lower Radiator Hose, Silicone Bypass Hose

Results:
- Stable Water Temp
- Notice also a difference in the A/C
2) Grounding Kit

- Additional ground from Battery(-) to Body
- Connect 3 holes terminal to Battery(-)
- Connect ground going to Tranny, Intake Manifold/Throttle Body, Distributor and Valve Cover
- Replace existing ground body-tranny and body to valve cover
Wanted to add another from valve cover to alternator but still thinking where to connect the ground on the alternator.
Results:
- Stable idling (loaded or not)
- Brighter headlights
- Eliminate fluctuating lights
- Quick Throttle response
- Stable Ground Resistance to .3-.4 ohms
- Smoother ride during high speed
and still observing.....
