My first civic Need help

ok so i got a 1995 civic coupe ex and it needs a little bit of body work done looks like it was in pretty good kept conditon got it for 1000 and i wanted some help on were to start im new to this i already have plans on the body work as in rust and paint but i wanted some help on engine , interior ,etc... but i dont have that much money but willing to save i was thinking about a cold air intake to get some quick hp i just need alot of help on the path on were i should start.........help PLEASE

what one of them would make the most differnce horse power wise for the money

the cam and gear will be the only thing that will give you noticable powerr. sohc engines dont react well to i/e/h power wise.

i say, personally exhaust is the last thing id purchase, but thats just me. sounds like your body work is your main concern, so id say get that done before you start up your savings for parts.
