Possibly oil preasure not high enough

vtec solenoid, wiring to the ecu, loose tracks in the ecu...?

I was driving it would kick on a 4,000 rpm...but now it wont kick on i tired going faster i hit 120 mph but still nothing i don't know....

how do you know its not working? accords have the 2.2 single cam vtec, f22b1, and most single cams arent noticeable when they cross over without making the crossover at a higher rpm. since yours kicks in at 4000(which is what im interpreting from what you wrote and is a very low point imo) you probably wont be able to feel or hear it.
