Need Help What To Do With Car In Poor Condition

HEY GUYS , I REALLY NEED YOUR HELP TO GET THIS CAR IN A DECENT CONDITION!! THIS IS A 1999 HONDA CIVIC JDM EK3, RIGHT HAND DRIVE , DRIVE ON THE LEFT IN JAMAICA. MY FATHER IS PASSING ON THIS RIDE TO ME. THE THING IS THE CAR NEEDS MAJOR WORK FROM ENGINE TO EXTERIOR!!! PLANNING TO OVERHAUL IT BUT DONT KNOW WHERE TO START, DON'T KNOW MUCH ABOUT ENGINES BUT I AM EAGER TO LEARN. THEY SAY PICS ARE WORTH A THOUSAND WORDS. TAKE A LOOK AND LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK.

those buttons are for your horn lets all note the horn symbol otker tham that do a basic tune up and replace those hoses

damn, turn off the damn caps lock.

There's nothing wrong with the things in the pictures that you posted. It looks pretty normal to me.

The exterior looks like it could use a good wash. The headlights could use a good wet sanding and buff.
