Need new cat converter and secondary o2 sensor

So I need a new cat converter and secondary o2 sensor I'm wondering what are the best brands to go through to get one cause when I replace it I plan on replacing the exhaust pipe itself also. Then what would be the skill level of doing this myself (note: I have no mechanical experience for the most part)

You can look to see if there is anyone who upgraded exhausts and buy off their old stock exhaust going from the cat to the muffler..then head over to Honda for the o2 sensor if the new exhaust didn't come with one
