evilrilla2 New Member Registered VIP 5+ Year Member Aug 11, 2011 #2 i dont think it has to do with leaving wax on the car cuz wax protects the paint from the sun. my guess is that the clear coat is deteriorating. after that, the paint will begin to erode. pretty much, its time for a new paint job sooner or later.

EKkid New Member Aug 11, 2011 #3 well the only reason i say the was is cause in some parts there are swirls from putting the wax on. i plan on painting it myself, the same color
