Alright guys, I haven't done brakes on my car ever since I bought it and now its really time to do it.
I have a 96 civic ex coupe which has front discs and rear drums. I only street drive my car, but I want it to stop well...safety first.

I haven't been active on car forums for a while actually and I am kind of out of the loop about what brakes to get. I remember that before everyone raved about getting brembo blank rotors and hawk hps pads for the fronts.

Is that still the case now? What should I do about the drums? I don't think I am willing to do a disc conversion, so what is good for the drums?

Also what about brake lines and brake fluid? Any more suggestions? Thanks!

Yes, brembo blanks and hawk pads is a good combo. As for the rear, I'm pretty sure brembo makes drums as well for your car. Earl's brakes lines are good, and go with OEM fluid.
