i am very confused as to what it is ur asking
Ok the neons that I have are for a PC. I was told that they can fit into my car and I've seen them on a car before. I'm wondering if that piece above will fit into anything in my '98 LX for power?

yes they will fit..
yellow=5v
red=12v
black=ground
you can connect a ground and the red one to any power source..

I'm sorry, but I would not reccomend putting cold cathode tubes in a car, they're rather sensitive to hard vibration.

From what I've seen the cathode's work quite well in the car....I'll try it out.
