Its off by half an inch, I think you are supposed to force it. Call Neuspeed.
Can you get more pictures of it so I can see the whole bar?

Anyone else on here have the neuspeed bar?

Is that a new or used one. Mine wasn't that off (brand new). Might have to force it on.

i recall from removing and reinstalling my oem strut bar after painting it, you have to slide it over the bolts both sides at the same time. if you put one side down the other side wont clear, it just has to do with the bolts being at a slight angle towards each other

try keeping it on the one side that you can get on, and bolt it down half way, then jack up the side of the car you can't get it on and see if it worked that way. I think thats how I got my neuspeed on my 7th gen.

Yeah... maybe it's just me but the top bar on the driver side looks a lot less angled out?

it works better when you put it on both sides at the same time... but...

1. has your car ever been hit in the front?
2. is the bar new or used?

WHy does it look all crooked? Try to do em at the same time.

That's the way the bar is designed. That's normal.

Try doing both sides at the same time. Otherwise, try Blahman's advice.

the car was never in an accident that i know of, it has a clean title. the bar came out of a ek. i will try to put it another civic and see what happens. the bar should drop right in with out having to jack the car up right?

Get the ENTIRE front end off the ground.. That's how they're designed. Think about it, how much difference would the bar make if it were easy to put on, especially with the car on the ground?

Thats true, neuspeed bars are always a tight fit.
