new civic owner with problems

watsup guys i just bought myself a 94 civic with a b18b its not the best looking but still good for what i payed for. I have a few problems with it, it has rough idles at startup and then once the car warms up it idles pretty high and sometimes its like riding a bull here's a short video

Well you have an autochoke, so does it die down after the engine gets warm, or does it stay the same throughout?

Maybe your throttle body is clogged then, check it, and then open it by hand and clean out the sensor behind it?

have you change the spark plugs, wires, cap and rotor yet? sounds like a timing issue

cleaning the throttle body didn't work i changed the spark plug and wires not the cap and rotor yet and its also running rich

maybe there is something with your mapping cuz thats wat happened to mine and it also sounds like you have an exhaust leak. also what type of fuel does your car run on?

is my engine light suppose to be on when its on the on position and is it suppose to be making kind of a winding sound? the engine light doesn't stay on it goes on then turns off
