i currently have a d16y7, i just wanted to know what shot could i safely spray without hurting my engine??

I haven't heard of anyone using anything higher than 75shot on stock internals w/o any problems ... but then again, I don't know many N2O users ...

im not a fan of NOS but stick with 50 shot.

which ever shot you go with i would highly reccomend a wet kit (ex Nitrous Express ) i have the same engine as you and i run a wet kit from them with 150 shot. and its a stock other than i/h/e

well I have a 65 shot in my stock dx I heard that I can upgrade it to 80 without any problem.
