ima make this quick and short... i just put together my rebuild engine D16Y8 for some odd reason theirs no oil going into the oil filter... bone dry... i took out the oil pressure censor same thing bone dry... then i took off the black plug that has a allen wrench entry to remove ( not shure what the parts name is ) and that was bone dry too... i had all 3 parts off the block and no oil came out! what i dont understand is why theirs no oil going thru to any of the blocks oil passige ways, but oil does go down to the pan! could it be the oil pump?
