im diggin the gauge on top the filter. whats holding it on? and thats a y8 valve cover

ok, so i took some pix of the head with the valve cover off, can any one identify the head? so far i know i have a most likely JDM SOHC ZC, I know i'm running a Y7 or 8 computer, and i dont know what head. what do i need to do to run the right computer? some one on here said converter harness and a P28, is that right? if any one could let me know that would be great!!
arent zc's nonvtec motors? and who would put an OBD0 motor into an OBD2 car? dont do the whole piggyback conversion harness, and run a p28...the p2e will work fine with that motor. its the JDM version of the d16a1, and has 130hp at the crank.
