there are 2 wires on the ecu you connect "paperclip" or whatever, that causes the cel light to blink a specific amount of times. 2 long blinks and 3 short ones for example would mean code 23.wow so how do you know what code your throwing ??
ive never heard of an obd1 scanne like they have for obd2 cars, nut ive seen scanners, that they pop the hood and plug it in there somewhere, but its not just a scanner, its like a diagnostic tool...LikWidChz said:st

as for the digital readers I am not sure where these get plugged into.
