OEM front bumper width

I own a 97 Civic Cpe and I just got a front bumper off of ebay from a dealer named D & H Auto Parts, and it doesnt seem to fit. It appears to be a couple inches too wide and I cant pull it in. Isnt the 99-00 bumper a bit larger? Can anyone measure their bumper from the top of one side where it meets the fender to the other side for me to see if Im wrong here. Im thinkin that their molds wrong or something but I have to make sure before I send it back. Can I please get the measurements of both the 96-98 and the 99-00 Civic, please, anyone? Ive been rollin around with a busted aftermarket front end for like two months now.

Usually aftermarket oem bumpers fit perfectly. We cant see the pic.

umm...its very easy to tell if you have a 99-00 bumper or a 96-98 one, they look completely different...

I bought mine from D&H, its not an oem manufactuer. Aftermarket imo
It fit pretty good.
