looks like you said you have a 97 ex...putting in the 99-00 radio will work but then you wont have use of the factory keyless entry....jus thought you might wanna know

depends my oem radio / cd player was a duel din, in that case you would have to put the radio part on the climate controle location and the cd part on the cup holder location, but if it is a sinle din it will fit eather
