OLD School JDM!! 81 civic 1300 CHEAP!!!

Hey guys today I am selling one of my projects, an 81 civic 1300. I brought this car with all intents of making it something sweet, but 2 days after I got it, I found out that I inherited a '65 belair, so I need to get rid of this.
I have already installed
-New cap and rotor
-New oil and filter
-New plugs
-New wires
-Junkyard carb
-Junkyard fuel pump
-Other do-daggits and whatmigigits
As far as I know the car needs…
-Tank cleaned out
-Starter quit the first time I drove it
-Break issues
-Issue with ignition switch
-TLC
This would be a great project for anyone looking for something different and fun to work on. All 4 tires hold air, car has driven around, and then starter broke. The car does have a clear title.
I am looking to get $400 OBO. I will also consider trades for ek parts, rims, tires, guns, other vehicles, 65 Chevy parts, or anything else you can think of.
