Parking lights and taillights dont work?

I don't know what wrong & why my tail lights and parking lights dont work. Got a ticket for not having it on when I was driving, AKA ( The same exact day I found it was broken.)

Ive checked fuses & bulbs, Read all over google about what the problem could be and every solution that works for one person doesnt work for me. & ove searched the Haynes car manual and cant find anything that works... it says squat about tail lights only how to disassemble and re-assemble.

Can someone help me out a bit? Id really appreciate it.

What works...
-Lights on Cluster gauges+ Dimmer
-Right side headlight- Low beam & high beam
-Both High Beams.
-Blinkers (Both)
-Reverse lights
-Brake Lights

Doesnt work...
-Left low beam HID
-Parking lights
-Tail Lights

What I've checked so far.
-Fuses = ALL GOOD
-Light Bulbs = ALL GOOD

sounds to me like its the small "7" fuse under
dash...check them again bro. i had the same problem,
also got a ticket. wasnt until the 3rd time i checked all fuses
that i realized it was busted. its small and brown and hard
to tell whether its good or not. also check all grounds are wired
correctly.

and left low beam might just be faulty :what:
if my advice doesnt help..im sorry but i cant think of what else it might be.

Checked all the fuses under the dash... No solution. Every fuse is brand new under there.

ok.. how about the parking lights, or tails? are they spliced in any
way?? as in providing power to another source such as fog lights
or something like that? bc that could be another thing.. also have you
done any work recently to your steering wheel or done anything around
that area of the dash that had to deal with wiring?

The fog lights... I remember the previous owner had fogs installed before.
There is also a switch that has a button for the fogs that was removed.

CORRECTION: Sorry the button for the fog lights are still there, but the fog lights itself aside from the switch was removed.

My Dash dimmer lights dont work now... Seems im just messing things up further into trying to repair it as I go.

What switch? the headlights goes on fine, just the tail lights dont.

Today i checked the ground wire under the front seat and it was pristine condition.
Also removed the fog light set up that wasnt even plugged in to anything as the previous owner removed them & left the wiring.

Removed the dash and side panels and seen nothing wrong (Cut wires etc) Just the ground wire that wasnt being used by the fogs.

Try the relays and fuses under the hood
I've checked 10 mins ago... Still don't work.
My dash lights don't work now also.
Driver headlamp bulb still don't work either ( Havent changed it)

Changed every fuse under the dash with correct AMP fuses. $13
Bulbs are all good and in working order as they all work.

Just the tail lights don't work , aside from the brake lights.

Had a few sliced, but I removed the extra wires and re-connected and striped wires , matched up the colors under the dash and still no solution.

Filled every fuse holder up with a fuse of the correct amps and still no solution.

Removed the driver side panels to check the grounds and wiring under there but its in top shape as if they havent been touched, since the factory.

All bulbs still good, ive checked every bulb leading to the tail lights.

***My front parking lights still dont work and tail lights dont work either. are they on the same wires? I dont really know how it all works but ive done everything people said to do.

Please need help with this. read every reading material google literally that has to do with my situation and still i come up empty handed.

***HOWEVER*** My dash lights now work. but still front and rear parking lights dont.

Blown fuse 32 - You have a shorted wire. Remove the taillight and parking light bulbs and inspect the receptacles for signs of burning or damage.

Left low beam - The bulb or 10A fuse 22 is blown.
