yuh know... yuh well theives are thieves Im sure if I left a pen behind on the ground they would of stole that too... really sux ass... had my car for 4 yrs and only now did that part of al parts get stolen... but my friend told me they just testing keep a good look out might be the whole car next... but i was thinkin damn it just the driver's side too someone was in need of some parts.. hopefully ill run into them but i doubt it... *sighs* if aint one thing its another..

this happened the friday 13th a week or two after I got my car
they also took off all the emblems (which i'm sure are worth a grand on ebay) and scratched the paint while at it. I doubt they stole that part just cause they needed it. Did your alarm go off? Like said earlier, maybe they were testing to see how sensitive it was, or they planned to take all of it but got scared off

OMG!! they did that to your car.. wayy sorry about that... thats crucial man.... are you sure you did'nt clip something while closing your door somewhere and it was hangin off so it just fell off while u were driving or something?, my friend had that happen b4, i was right behind him and ran it over. poor guy. but that sux either way, will you be able to just replace that one piece?.

wow, they were creative eh?, birdies and waves, these people need to get a fu#$^@#%'n life, it's people like them that make our insurance as high as it is. freakin bastards.
yeah pretty much sure.. i always check my car b4 I leave it at night. and also it shouldnt be loose or easily taken off by just falling cause its factory ( i know sometimes factory things tend to wear and come off) never removed it b4. nor did it ever rattle or show me in any way that it was loose. I wish it were the case though so i can sleep better at night...I think so im not sure gotta call a few junk yards but it was coated in pear paint..so you know im going to be looking for a pearl paint door cap on someone else eclipse... fo sho been looking all day/.. but i hope I can replace it without it costing me a grip.phill11204 said:

I remember when somebody stole my side moulding i think it is off of my Pontiac Grand Assmaster while I was at school a couple years back. When I saw it i just laughed cuz my car was already a POS so i didnt really care.
