Performance Chips?

i have a 2000 Civic Dx, Ek Coupe!
with a d16y7 motor NON VTEC.
yeah it sucks i know.

i plan on swapping motors. but i gotta get my stacks right 1st..does anyone know a good strong chip that i can order for my car.
i wanna gain a little power for the mean time while i wait.
bcuz im def not satisfied with the intake, header an exhaust on it..

a performance chip will not work with a honda civic.

Your best bet:

Either Turbo your d series, you could get to around 240ish with a stock block/head

or

Swap for a b series that will be fairly cheap.

for the most part, chip tuning is not very noticable unless the car already has a turbo. unfortunately until you are ready to put down some cash, you will have to deal with things as they are. sorry bro, just kinda how it is.

OP, just be happy with the gas mileage your averaging

save up for a swap would be my suggestion.

allright.
are their any web sites to get a deacently priced B16 or b18..
i mean im not rediculously ballin bcuz of school and bills. but i def want something.
the B16 will work for me..
I check PasswordJDM and Hmotor's but if any other deals lmk!..

whats the actual site for Tiger Jap?

I checked out the JDM online site. and the GSR aint to bad.
but i rather do alot of shoppin first to get the best deal for the buck..
