pioneer p5700 in dash help

sup guys...i just got the indash pioneer p5700 in and my question is how do i connect ma ipod to it? do i need to get the ipod adpater thing that connects to the indash?

If you dont have a video source like a game system, just run the sudio through the audio inputs meant for audio video, then in the menus mae sure AV is set to video. then get a mini jack to rca y adapter, and there you go.

or you can get the pioneer aux adaptar to do the same thing + allow a video inpt

or the $100 ipod adaptar so you can see songs on the screen.

o aiite cause it says IPOD ready on the box so i thought it came wit a ipod adapter..i guess ill have to get one later but man the dam thing is complicating i only can play cd's and dvd's nothing else but i guess i gotta buy all those extra adapters rite..
