I had a touchscreen double din player that was still under warranty and it doesn't let you touch it. You have to use the remote. I have been trying to get ahold of them for 3 months now. I was in contact with them when I was trying to fix it but after he told me I need a RA number they stopped responding to me. I've left them multiple messages and nothing no answer on there phones and the person I was talking to through email stopped responding.
