My girlfriends 95 Civic is leaking power steering from a torn rack n pinion boot. Both(drivers and passenger) of the boots are torn, but only the passengers side is leaking fluid from the inside of the boot.. Should I just replace the boots?
most likely should replace whatever O-ring or gasket that it's leaking from. The boot just keeps dirt from getting into the moving parts and seizing them up.
