power window issue

my windows aint working and i just got a brand new pair of motors and is still not working any sugestion..

Check fuses. Then, open driver door, look between the door and fender at the wrapped wires leading to the door, cut open the black rubber covering to expose some wiring, and check to see if any of the wires have been pulled from the harness on the door.
