problem....help

hey guys here I'm again, the new problem with my civic, is that all my lights are like "shaking" even the emergency brake light shakes, and I have no idea what the f**k causes the problem, everything start last week and I feel like the car is gonna f***k me up
(by the way when I say shaking means like if it wants to turn off, kind of like a very fast strobe light)
please help me guess wtf is wrong guys....

you might have a short or a bad ground, you might want to check all your grounds and also see if you spot anything that might look like a short is taking place, but im not completely sure i kinda have that problem but mine isnt that bad yet and i stress yet..
