question for you 4th geners

Hey guys I've been looking at picking up an 88 hatchie for a summer run around car and save some miles on the DC5.

The one I found needs tires but I didn't write down what size it needs and I'm trying to price out some tires on tirerack.com.

no the website doesn't have the exact size, it says 155-13 or something like that.

What size tires do you guys run?

if you can i'd go with an 89-91 just because the 88 is the only one that is a lil different with the suspension. Kinda sucks to only have one year to work with.

But anyways, I run on my HXs 185 55 14s I think and on the LS mesh I run 195 50 15s. I'll have to check when I get home to be sure.

upon checking again I realize it's an 89 not an 88.

and it has 13" rims lol

88s use Type R rear control arms lol.

lighter and actaully better then 89-91s

im not saying ones better then the other. 89-91 just have more to work with the 1 specific year.

ok if your running 15 inch rims go with 195-55-15
