Question regarding stock headlights in 2003 civic si?

hey everyone

im new here to the site, and i jus recently bought a 2003 civic si coupe....
now i was checking out my stock headlights this evening and i noticed that theres a bulb in both headlamps that dont come on at all........ its the smaller one beside the high and low beam socket! now does anyone know what the bulbs do or anything im a little lost with them hahahaha

i have the same problem, a lot of 7th gens do i believe..i'll be picking my car up from honda tomorrow so i'll ask then

I'm guessing they are DRL? I know cars in Canada require them...

naw its not the DRLs i checked that, they are nevr on its wierd i ju dunno what lights they are we checked every light possible on the front of the civic last night

the honda dealership couldnt even tell me, however they did give me bulbs that fit into that harness...but im too lazy to take off my bumper just to get to my headlights
