But the ITB's would have to be tied into one plenum. What you're doing is pretty much putting a turbo on, taking the one TB off and sticking individual TB's in each runner. Then, you'll have ITB's and turbo. So you'll still have something that looks like an Intake Manifold as opposed to what ITB's usually look like (4 tubes sticking out of your engine).

I've never seen it on a Honda before, but I have seen it in Osaka, Japan on the D2 Motorworks S13 with an 3037 Pro S Turbocharged SR20DET with D2 Motorworks Titanium IM and Ikeya Formula ITB's.

What I have seen on Honda's are ITB's with a Carbon Fiber "End Tank" Plenum and a Single Intake.

I still don't understand how it would work with turbo. How would you route the intercooler piping to the throttle bodies? Also, a good turbo setup is all about flow.
