The rear will fit. Works best if you buy 99-00 Si end links.

The front will fit IF you replace your front lower control arms with arms from an EX or LX. The DX doesn't have the mount location for a front sway bar on the factory control arms.

this is interesting cuz my 98EX came with front sway but no rear. so i need new LCA's. i heard integra control arms are a cheap substitute

My aftermarket fits right up to my OE control arms, so IDK what difficulties your talking about.. Usually u can get the OE Si sway bar from honda pretty cheap.
